Transaction and Financial Data: Payment gateway tokens, billing details, order history, and product requests.

B. Information Provided by Global Vendors:

Business Registration Data: Company registration certificates, tax identifiers, corporate address, and bank account credentials for international payouts.
Catalog Data: Product listings, prices, technical specifications, and imagery pushed or uploaded to our Platform.

C. Automatically Collected Data & AI Insights:

Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and system logs.
AI Behavioral Metrics: We analyze browsing patterns, search inputs, product requests, and catalog interactions to train our catalog curation engine, personalize recommendations, and optimize supply-demand forecasting.

3. Sharing and Transfer of Data (Cross-Border Transfers)

Because Beyobo.ai is a cross-border ecosystem, your information must travel internationally to facilitate trade:

Sharing with Global Vendors: When an Indian Buyer places an order or product request, necessary details (such as the requested product, variant, and localized shipping address) are shared with the relevant Global Vendor to enable them to prepare the goods for export. Sensitive data, including financial details or full KYC document copies, are never shared with Vendors.

3.2

Sharing with Logistics and Compliance Partners: We share identity data, address details, and mandatory KYC metrics with licensed freight forwarders, custom house agents (CHAs), and domestic logistics providers to ensure lawful customs clearance and transport.

3.3

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal data if required to do so by any regulatory, judicial, or governmental authority under applicable laws.

4. Data Security and Protection

4.1

Security Infrastructure: Beyobo implements robust technical, operational, and physical security measures to safeguard personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. You can modify your browser settings to reject cookies, though doing so might impair certain platform functionalities and automated AI assistance.
